A pre-tested shipper provides a high degree of confidence that the product will stay within the desired temperature ranges for the duration of the distribution process. If your shipments include varying quantities of product from box to box, a pre-tested solution is often an economical option. If you have a new product and need a prequalified packaging solution with a short lead time, please consider the following options.

All shippers on this condensed list were tested, in triplicate, to ISTA 7D standards at independent, certified test labs. Thermal Shield has a number of shippers that have been tested to other standards (ISTA 7E, BSTA and some customer specific standards).
