Payment terms are Net 30 for established accounts.

We are required to charge sales tax unless we have your tax exempt certificate on file.

Frontier products are a component in the items your company or organization sells.

You are reselling Frontier Paper products.

Your organization qualifies for Tax Exempt status. (Charitable, Educational, etc.)

For Tax Exempt organizations, Frontier Paper & Packaging and/or Thermal Shield are required to maintain copies of your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. You must complete the certificate for all states applicable to your company and fax back to Frontier Papers' Tax Department at 317-672-2240

Return Policy:

30 Day Guarantee: You may return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted and the customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. There will be no refunds on custom or special order items.

How to Return the Item:

Contact Frontier Paper at 1-800-567-6819 for a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

Place the items in a suitable shipping container

Write the return authorization number on the outside of the container
